Emily is a design thinker with a long career in design research and innovation strategy. She has studied workplace cultures and trends for over 20 years throughout her corporate career as user-centered researcher and innovation manager. She ran projects focused on discerning core values of workers spanning a wide variety of job types, industries, and organizations, from start-up to global enterprise. As innovation manager, she partnered one-on-one with innovation concept leads, navigating the fuzzy front-end of business modeling.
